My Books

Relationship Fiction by Mishael Austin Witty

Tony Driscoll seems like the perfect boyfriend – until rumors start circulating about his mother’s tragic death and his violent behavior in past romantic relationships. College freshman Megan McCleod brushes off the rumors at first, but she can’t ignore the fact that there is something really strange about Tony asking her to marry him on their third date. When Megan experiences a series of dangerous accidents, she begins to wonder about her new relationship. Could Tony be trying to hurt her? Has his love for her taken an obsessive, psychopathic turn? Can she find out the truth about Tony before it’s too late?

Want to see more? Watch this video excerpt I made using Xtranormal. It’s a scene between Tony and his brother, Robert. It’s a little rough (the joys of text to speech). But it was fun to make, and I don’t think it’s all that bad for a first try.

Reconciliations can occur. Broken hearts can be mended. If you believe… Trina Gray leaves a stack of paperwork on her desk and heads home for the holidays. There’s just one slight problem. Her mother has invited her soon-to-be ex-husband, Walt, to spend Christmas with them. Walt’s presence sends Trina running to a friend’s house, where she runs into another ex—her old high school boyfriend, Kurt. Trina and Kurt almost immediately pick up where they left off. Will Trina and Kurt rekindle their young romance? Or will she repair her relationship with Walt? These questions, and more, are answered within the pages of Believe in Me.

  1. Sounds like this book will be pretty intense reading.

I’ve known some relationships that this reminds me of. I’ll be cheering Megan on in her search for truth and decisions (and protection) when I get the chance to read this.

Thanks for the trailer. I thought it was great. It amazes me that people can actually make one of those things!

  2. Looking forward to reading Mishael Austin Witty’s new book…’Unyoked’…it sounds very intense
