Friday Free-for-All: THE ADVENTURES OF PAJAMA GIRL AND THE CORONATION OF THE CUPCAKE QUEEN (Review & Giveaway)

Friday Free-for-All

There’s nothing my girls like more than cupcakes with sprinkles…and the color pink. So, when the opportunity to read and review THE ADVENTURES OF PAJAMA GIRL AND THE CORONATION OF THE CUPCAKE QUEEN came, I had to take it.

Here’s a picture of their daddy reading it to them.

The verdict? The four-year-old said it was “great,” and the six-year-old said she enjoyed it. My husband said he thought they went a little light on the girl for stealing the sprinkles, but it is a children’s book after all, so you can’t expect much in the way of in-depth, severe punishment.

I thought it was a delightful, beautifully illustrated book that is something the whole family can enjoy together. I’m always excited about books like that.

Here’s some more information about the book:

Hardcover; 32 pages

A cute, illustrated story about a girl‘s imagination and her magical pajamas. In this adventure, Ellie’s cupcake pajamas pave the way for she and her Sis to take a journey to a land filled with all kinds of sweet treats. Their journey quickly turns into an adventure to help the Cupcake Queen find the missing sprinkles needed for her coronation ceremony. In searching for the missing sprinkles, Ellie and Sis uncover a life lesson that is important for every child to learn.

About the author:

  1. I would love to read this book with my niece. I think it has a very important message for kids to be reminded about not being jealous.
