Well, actually, I’m offering my book, Unyoked, for free Thursday, May 10, 2012 through Saturday, May 12, 2012 – in honor of my husband’s birthday.
As a Christian with a psychology degree and a background in child development, I have always been fascinated with the human mind and all its aberrations, many of which can be attributed to the effects of original sin on the world. What happens when a girl with a heart for serving God in full-time mission work starts dating a young man who only pretends to be a Christian in order to win her heart? Sparks fly, but not in a good way.
According to current estimates, there are more than 100 million Christian teens in the U.S. alone. There are many more single Christian young adults, as evidenced by the more than 100 Christian dating web sites in existence. This book is different from many others in that it doesn’t sugar coat life and dating, as so many Christian books try to do. Life and love for Christians are just as difficult as for any other person. The emotions and the problems in this book are real and will be immediately identifiable to people from all walks of life.
Since it was first published in 2007, Unyoked (formerly titled Shadows of Things to Come) has been delighting and disgusting people all over North America. To get the free Kindle download and see for yourself, visit: http://amzn.to/AgbAa6
